Join the Center for the Study of Liberal Democracy and the Intercollegiate Studies Institute Tom Sawyer Society for a debate featuring Max Boot and Stephen Moore on the question: is Trumpism good or bad for America? Why or why not? The debate will be moderated by Marc Thiessen.

Stephen Moore is the founding president of the Club for Growth and former Chief Economist at the Heritage Foundation. He will argue that Trump has been good for America. Max Boot is a Senior Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations and is the author of The Corrosion of Conservatism: Why I Left the Right. He will argue that Trump has been bad for America. Marc Thiessen, the moderator, is a weekly columnist for The Washington Post and is a Resident Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.
