The Center for the Study of Liberal Democracy is hosting a two-day conference at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus, June 21–23, on “Freedom of Speech in Wisconsin’s High Schools.” The purpose of the conference is to provide high school principals and administrators the knowledge to understand the rights, freedoms and limitations of students, teachers or citizens using rhetoric or actions that are categorized as free speech on school grounds.
