Phillip Pinell is a Ph.D. student in Political Science at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is captivated by questions concerning the way in which the social environment molds the habits of individuals, communities and nations, as well as to what extent executive magistrates are limited with respect to granting or revoking legal rights. Phillip graduated with his B.S. in Political Science and B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Houston in 2019.
